A Unique Working Experience
Each role offered through the Disney College Program provides a unique and diverse learning and working experience. From costumes to role responsibilities, you'll find that no two jobs are the same. However, all participants will have the opportunity to develop their communication skills, problem-solving skills and work on their confidence and self-reliance.Not only will the experience look good on a participant's résumé, it's also just the beginning of the opportunities available on the Disney College Program. After completing the program, participants are eligible to apply for another role with the Disney College Program or interview for a Professional Internship, which gives them the opportunity to work in a field that more closely aligns with their major.
Most Professional Internships require previous participation in the Disney College Program because they require in-depth knowledge of the resort.
