Specific arrival/departure dates vary from year to year and most program sessions have multiple arrival dates over several weeks during their arrival month.
Applicants invited to participate on the program will reserve their arrival/departure dates from a pre-determined list when they accept their invitations.
We are now accepting applications for the following program sessions:
- 2010 Spring- approximately January through mid to late May
- 2010 Spring Advantage- approximately January/February through August
- 2010 Spring Advantage Quarter- approximately March/April through August (only available to students attending schools on the Quarter/Trimester Academic Calendar)
- Culinary- ongoing school demonstrations and interviews that will coincide with students' externship timeframes
Spring Advantage & Fall Advantage Programs
Spring Advantage* - interviews are held during the fall semester, and the program spans approximately January/February through August.
Fall Advantage* - interviews are held during the spring semester, and this program spans approximately May/June through early January.
Spring and Fall Programs
Spring* - interviews are held during the fall semesters, and this program spans approximately January through mid to late May.
Fall* - interviews are held during the spring semester, and this program spans approximately August through early January.

Advantage Quarter Programs
These program are reserved for students who are
enrolled in schools on the quarter system or trimester system so that they may
participate during a time frame that will correspond with their school's
academic schedules.
Spring Advantage Quarter*- interviews are held between September and November, and the program spans approximately March/April through August.
Fall Advantage Quarter* - interviews are held between February and April, and this program spans approximately June through early January.
