- How do I accept my internship invitation?
- How do I decline my internship invitation?
- I can't log in to the Participation Acknowledgement Form. What should I do?
You must use the same User ID and Password listed in your invitation letter to log in to all areas of the Web site.
If you are having challenges, please review the "Log In" FAQs for assistance.
- Can I change the role I was reserved?
No. Unfortunately, we have limited roles available in each line of business.
Your recruiter has reserved a spot for you in the role indicated in your invitation. This role reservation was made based on the roles you indicated you were receptive to on the Role Checklist and during your interview.
- Can I change the Program Season I was offered?
No. Unfortunately, we have limited space available in each program.
Your recruiter has reserved a spot for you in the program (Spring, Spring Advantage, Fall, Fall Advantage, Quarter School Spring, Quarter School Fall, etc.) indicated in your invitation. This program reservation was made based on the availability you indicated during your interview.
- What are the dates of my program?
Each program has multiple sets of arrival and departure dates. When a student completes the Participation Acknowledgement Form, they will see the sets of dates available for them to select.
If a participant would like to arrive on the same day as a friend, it is their responsibility to discuss this with their friend prior to making their date selection.
Not all dates may be available for selection.
- What are my actual arrival and departure dates?
Arrival and departure dates change each season. If, for example, the program dates you select are from August 13, 2007, to January 4, 2007, your arrival date for check-in is August 13. Your departure date would be January 4, the day after your last day of work.
Also, a Welcome Session will be held for you and your new Disney College Program peers on the evening of your arrival date. This session will provide you with valuable information regarding your upcoming program experience. To be ready for this meeting, you should check in on your arrival date between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
- Can a participant arrive before their scheduled arrival date?
If participants arrive early, they are responsible for arranging their own accommodations until their scheduled day of arrival.
Participants may call the Disney Reservations Office at (407) W-DISNEY (407-934-7639) or visit waltdisneyworld.com to book a room for the night of their early arrival.
NOTE: Participants will not be eligible for any Cast Member Discount, including a discount on Disney resorts, until *after* they have checked in and completed your first day of work.
- If a participant's school begins before he or she is scheduled
to leave the program, are they able to leave the program early?
It is each participant's responsibility to choose program dates on the Participation Acknowledgement Form that do not conflict with his or her school dates.
We recommend that participants consult with their school's Registrar's Office to investigate their school's schedule of classes.
If a participant leaves the program prior to his/her departure date, this participant will break his/her contract and will be given a "restricted" rehire status with our company.
- I have an invitation, but I must decline. Will this hurt my
chances of getting into the program in the future?
Not at all. Although we are sorry it won't work for you at this time, you're free to apply again during the next recruiting season. Just keep in mind though, you will have to re-apply, attend the presentation and interview again.
As a professional courtesy, please log in and complete the online Participation Acknowledgement Form marking "decline."
