Do you have a friend that you think would be a

When will students receive an answer regarding their
interviews?
Upon completion of the Web-based interview, applicants will
be provided their results immediately. Based on an applicant's Web-based
interview results, they may be invited to complete a telephone interview.
Those who are asked to complete a telephone interview should hear from College Recruiting generally within four to six weeks following the telephone interview. This may be notification of a final decision or notification that additional time is needed before a final decision will be communicated.
For those auditioning for an entertainment position, final notification of an entertainment position can not be made until after the Web-based interview, telephone interview, and audition have been completed.
Depending on a school's internal mail system, hard-copy notification could be a bit longer than six weeks. Everyone who completes the telephone interview should receive notification. If the time frame after your telephone interview has exceeded six weeks, please send an e-mail to College Recruiting at wdw.college.recruiting@disney.com with your full name and complete mailing address. Please also explain your situation in the message.
How will students be notified?

invited to complete a telephone interview.
Primary notification of each candidate's status will be sent in a letter via the U.S. Postal Service. If a letter is returned to the College Recruiting offices because of an insufficient address, the student will be contacted by phone or email and asked to provide a valid postal mailing address.
To ensure that all applications are processed properly, please refrain from attempting to log in to the other areas of the site prior to receipt of notification directly from Disney College Recruiting. Attempts to log in prior to your notification will interfere with your materials being mailed in a timely fashion.
