- Where will participants live during their program?
There are several different apartment complexes for Disney College Program participants. The complexes are located conveniently near Walt Disney World® property and offer similar amenities.
- Can participants choose their roommates?
Roommates are selected based on a number of factors, including :
- arrival and departure dates
- work location
- gender
- whether they are under or over 21 years of age
- program season
Additional information is available here.
- How do participants indicate their apartment size preference?
(1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments are available)
For all apartment sizes, there will be two participants per bedroom. (One-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments are available.)
Participants will be able to indicate their apartment preferences when they check in on their arrival day.
We will try to place everyone in their preferred choice of apartment. However, if there aren't any apartments of that size available, participants will be placed in one of the remaining apartments.
- What is the non-refundable Program Assessment & Activities
Fee, and when is it due?
The non-refundable Program Assessment & Activities Fee is a $100 fee applied to all students who participate in the Disney College Program. The non-refundable fee helps support the events and activities scheduled in the housing complexes throughout the program.
We must receive this payment of $100 within two weeks of accepting the position and dates online. Once the payment is received, we will officially reserve the students' places on the program and send the Disney College Program confirmation information to them.
Please note that this fee must be paid by credit card, money order or cashier's check. Cash or personal checks will not be accepted.
