Disney College Program students gain valuable experience working in one of the wide variety of roles available within our company. As a hospitality, entertainment and service-industry leader, our company provides students an exciting place to learn. Students go "behind the scenes" as they perform their roles in one of our four theme parks, more than 20 resorts, two water parks or our dining/entertainment/retail complex. They interact with Guests from all over the world in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Students will develop transferable skills, including problem solving, effective communication, teamwork and cultural sensitivity. Every student will benefit from exposure to the unique culture and traditions of our Fortune 100 company. All of our students may not pursue careers in the hospitality, entertainment or service industries, but all of our students will learn skills that will be valuable to them in any of their future endeavors, including learning the value of providing world-class service to every Guest! Also, students will have the chance to make professional connections with leaders from a variety of disciplines through various networking events and opportunities.
