Disney College Program students live in company-sponsored housing complete with amenities and events mirroring campus life in a multicultural community. Some of the services that are available to the students include 24-hour gated security and use of computer labs with Internet access. Many students bring their own personal computers and we encourage them to do so. Limited transportation is available including transportation to and from work, but a personal vehicle is recommended. Also, students living in our housing have the opportunity to attend events and take part in activities that are both fun and educational such as networking sessions, personal and professional development courses, talent competitions, movie nights, trips to Florida attractions and more. The students contribute to the cost of their housing and amenities through a weekly payroll deduction, and Walt Disney World Co. assists the students by further subsidizing the cost
Walt Disney World® Cast Members have an office on-site to provide assistance with housing questions, roommate relations or other concerns. Additionally, counselors from our company-sponsored Employee Assistance Program are available to assist residents with personal concerns. The Disney College Program living experience allows students to live, learn and grow together on our unique community.
