Disney College Program housing consists of contemporary, fully furnished apartments. All apartments include furniture, paid utilities, cable and Internet connections, local telephone service, house wares and maintenance. (Note: Bedrooms are furnished to accommodate more than one person.)

Students are able to place toll-free school-related telephone calls and fax transmissions from a central location. Each apartment community also offers a mix of community-wide amenities that include laundry facilities, swimming pools, a clubhouse and a fitness center. Students have access to computer labs in the apartment communities and in Disney Learning Center locations across property. Many students bring their own personal computers, and we encourage them to do so. Each apartment community provides 24-hour gated security. Limited transportation is available, including transportation to and from work, but a personal vehicle is recommended. The students contribute to the cost of their rent and amenities through a weekly payroll deduction, and Walt Disney World Co. assists the students by further subsidizing the cost.

Also, students have access to numerous recreational activities and locations including Mickey's Retreat, a Walt Disney World® Resort Cast-exclusive 19-acre recreation facility conveniently located near the housing complexes. During leisure time, students are able to take advantage of Cast Member discounts, including free admission to all four Walt Disney World theme parks, merchandise discounts, free admission to many Walt Disney World entertainment venues and additional local-merchant discounts.
