Distribution of W-2 Forms
If you worked at the Walt Disney World Resort in 2007, a W-2 form was mailed to Cast Members' homes using the mailing address on file in SAP.
W-2 Reissues
To allow time for the W-2s to be delivered to Cast Members, W-2 reissue requests will be accepted no sooner than February 6, 2008.Reissue requests must contain all of the following information
- Complete Name
- Social Security Number
- Mailing Address
- Signature
- Personnel Number
- Phone Number
- Year Worked
Cast Members may obtain a reprint of their W-2 form by one of the following methods:
