Employment Verification

Walt Disney World Co. has partnered with The Work Number® to provide employment verification to current and former Walt Disney World® Cast Members.

The Work Number is an automated service that provides instant employment and income verification. This fast, secure service is used when applying for a mortgage or loan, leasing an apartment or any other instance where proof of employment or income is needed. You benefit from having control of the process by authorizing others access to your information.

The Work Number can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Need Only Proof of Employment?

Give the verifier the following information:

Your social security number
The Walt Disney Company Employer Code: 11184
The Work Number access options for verifiers:

Need Proof of Employment Plus Income?

To allow verifiers access to your income data, you will need to obtain a Salary Key (an access code that you will provide to verifiers).

Select the Create a Salary Key option.
Enter the Following Information:
- The Walt Disney Company Employer Code: 11184
- Your social security number
- Your PIN: (The last four digits of your Social Security Number plus the four-digit year you were born.)
Write down the Salary Key for your reference.
Give the verifier the following information:
